Bailey & Company (1846 - 1878): Eli Westcott Bailey (brother of Bailey), Jeremiah Robbins and James Gallagher.

Bailey, Banks & Biddle (October 2,1961 - November 12, 2007) - purchased by Zale Jewelry Company and became a trade name.

Bailey, Banks & Biddle (November 12, 2007 - September 24, 2009) - sold to Finlay Fine Jewelry, who in turn went bankrupt and sold the business to Gordon Brothers Retail Partners LLC.
